One address, in and out
Every instance is issued its own public address. Outbound traffic leaves from it and inbound traffic arrives on it — so what the internet sees is what your console shows, and nothing else.

Nothing is reachable until you say so. Open what you need, close it whenever.

Privacy here is a property of how the network is built, not a policy we promise to follow.
Encrypted end to end
All traffic leaves your instance inside an encrypted tunnel and only becomes ordinary internet traffic at our own gateway. In between, there is nothing readable.
No route, no leak
Your instance has exactly one way out. If the tunnel stops, traffic stops — it cannot fall back to some other path, because no other path exists.
Isolated from its neighbours
Instances cannot see or reach one another, and cannot reach our infrastructure. Each one gets its own address and nothing else.
Dedicated machines
Private-tier instances run on machines dedicated to you, behind a virtualisation boundary, with disks encrypted at rest.
